Severn Training Group was founded in January 2022 with a simple goal: to deliver workplace safety training that is practical, engaging and genuinely prepares people for real-world situations. We wanted to move away from the traditional “tick-box” approach and create training that learners would remember.

Since then, we’ve grown from a small training provider into a trusted organisation delivering courses across the UK. Jordan is an instructor, instructor trainer and examiner for a range of awarding bodies, including Rescue 3 Europe,  First Aid Awards, and the RYA. Having delivered training to delegates across the world, Jordan has experienced what great training looks like, and this has helped shape the standards and approach behind the Severn Training Group.

Alongside his training background, Jordan has over a decade of operational experience within the water rescue sector, operating as a Swiftwater Rescue Technician, Flood Rescue Boat Operator and Water Incident Manager. This experience plays a key role in the development of our water safety training courses.

Today, Jordan continues to develop the Severn Training Group with the same aim it was founded on: delivering engaging, professional training that gives people the skills and confidence to stay safer.
